3 years work ex acceptable for MBA?

Hey, I’ve been at this question and dilemma for longer than I’d like to admit but I can’t really wrap my head around how INSEAD admissions really work. I don’t come from a very rich family so studying at INSEAD would also mean heavy burden on finances but if the ROI makes sense so be it. But lately I’ve been seeing a lot about the placements falling down and stuff like that. At the end my only two questions are - 1. Realistically, does someone with 3 year work ex(good career trajectory, early leadership exposure and accountability) hold a competitive chance to get in or is it a hard read
2. Is MBA at INSEAD worth it for someone who’s not a native and would essentially have to put a lot of money to get there.

2 years structured finance experience looking for a switch

Hey guys, I’ve got about 27 months of experience in structured finance - asset backed finance specifically. Serving notice period currently. Would love to hear from anyone who can get me a referral in structured finance/pe consulting/strategy-fin roles. Preferably Mumbai/gurgaon. Thanks in advance!

Is a consulting switch sensible for me?

Hey guys I’m a structured finance professional with ~26 months of work experience. Recently got an offer for pe consulting from one of the big 3. Pay is significantly better and role sounds nice too. But in the grand scheme of things does this career trajectory make sense or should I just stay in finance?
