[US] Launching my MiniDisc display! ($13.99)

Hey everyone!

I've shared prototypes of this project here before, and I've finally dialed in the final version to add to my shop. I had been looking to offer a storage solution that fits a more minimal, industrial aesthetic, and I’m pretty happy with how this turned out.

It’s called the "Stack 10". It’s a display tray designed specifically to hold up to 10 MiniDiscs without their slipcases. I printed these in a PLA with a tactile, matte texture, and deliberately left off any logos or branding.

I designed them with stackability in mind, so you can easily stack them vertically or horizontally to expand your archive as your collection grows.

I'm doing a limited initial run first to get some feedback from the community before making more. They'll be going live in my shop this Monday (07/06) and initially priced at $13.99 for the first batch.

Minidisc Tray Update! New Color!

Thanks for everyone's feedback on my previous posts regarding my minidisc tray! I'm currently in full production mode creating stock for my Etsy store.

Here is the simple rundown about them:

Stores 10 minidiscs.
Meant for discs without sleeves.
Made to stack on top of another or lined up together.
Minimal, understated design.
Matte finish.
Planning to sell them for $20 each.

But I've settled on two colors to start out with: Onyx (Black) and Tangerine (Orange)!

I'm Looking forward to getting these ready to ship out and getting feedback from the community!

Getting weird results when ironing.

Printer: A1

Filament: Polymaker Polychroma Matte PLA

Software: BambuStudio

After using an ironing calibration test print to obtain optimized settings, I'm still getting weird results on my actual model print. (30mm/s, 15%) I've tried adjusting speeds but still getting less than stellar surface results. Any help is appreciated!

It takes around 6 hours to make each one. But in the end it'll be worth it. It's all in the details!
