Got a new job starting in a week. Last week, I had PTO approved for Monday - Wednesday. On Thursday, I came into the office to give my notice effective immediately. When I checked our online timesheet after I quit, Monday through Wednesday were still marked Paid Time Off.
After Thursday, I can no longer log in to the timesheet.
Now this week, my final check has that time marked as Unexcused Time Off and thus I didn’t get paid for those days. I believed that is a retroactive denial of PTO after it was already taken.
What are my options?

Edit; To be clear, I took PTO from Aug 10-12 then quit on the 13th.
