Landlord Increased Rent With No Notice... I Think

2700 rent to 2756. Because of the way many rents are set up now my account autopays, so it has been coming out since June.

Because we're charged for AC (50 a month in the 4 summer months) and because I didn't get any rent notice I assumed it was AC related

But in September I got charged 2906, which I assume is AC unit payment. And in October I'm still being charged 2756

I'm guessing I should send an email my landlord's way for clarification - they're just extremely slow to respond about anything. We had to wait 3-4 months for a washer replacement.

To give a rough idea of the place, the building has had some really unprofessional incidents and is sometimes actively hostile or antagonistic to its tenants in increasingly bizarre ways. It's an old building and in my 30s I am one of its youngest tenants, as most of the people who live here are seniors. I believe they can get away with a lot of bad behaviour + neglect because most of the people here are so old they struggle with how to send an e-mail / don't even own a computer. After all, even if you can do these things you have to be very aggressive to get any sort of response.

Unrelated to rent, I don't know if there's anything I can do about the generally antagonistic conduct of management.

why are trans stealing our cis characters

the most egregious example yet is stealing proud cis man jax and trying to make the show unwatchable for the normal person. i didn't used to hate trannies, but the way they force their headcanons on to normal characters makes me consider hate crimes (to be clear: I am not transphobic, I just hate when they make me think about normal characters being disgusting trannies when they aren't)
