My neighbour is blasting high bass club mixes everyday till 9PM night. Yesterday after 9 PM they lowered the noise but started singing along. My partner works late nights and she came home at 23:00 only to find herself disturbed by this music.

It’s too loud. I want to go speak to them. But it’s a terraced house and they play music in their home. and I’m POC. Not sure how they’ll take it. It’s a home in Byker/walker. It’s my first rent house. I used to share room before. Don’t know how to deal with this situation. I’m scared if I complain to them they’ll only increase it or become hostile.

Me and my girlfriend are visiting Edinburgh for first time and we want a cheap stay for 1 night in June. Our Budget £100. Please suggest good places. Thank you
