Please explain what is going on.
I have twice sent a request for payment, and twice that request disappeared from my account.
I just began using Venmo because customers requested it, but adapting to it has been hell. I got a completed payment of $1 as a test, but a larger request to a different person has not stuck, and has not populated across desktop to phone or phone to disktop.
I hope someone here can tell me what's going on.

I don't know where to go to get an answer to this question, so please don't be annoyed with me for asking.

Does anyone know what's up with "canmore is disabled on this window"?

No clues, no action. I can't even find a setting that says "turn on canmore, pay more money!"
