Did you notice any side effects?

Hi Everyone. I’ve been on Prozac 20 mg for Panic and GAD for many years. I had breakthrough anxiety and was bumped up to 40 mg. Terrible side effects and I still had breakthrough anxiety even after 3.5 months on it.

My doctor is switching me to Zoloft. The titration pattern is one week of 20 mg Prozac alongside 50 mg of Zoloft. Then either stay on 50 or bump up to 100 depending on how I feel.

Does this sound right? What side effects do I need to keep my eyes open for? How long until my anxiety starts calming down?

Hey Everyone. I’ve been on Prozac for years. Due to life stressors I had to increase from 20 mg to 40 mg about 3.5 months ago. I’ve noted that on this dosage while my anxiety in general is better, I still feel jittery, my emotions feel flat/numb, and I’m still having some great stomach issues. I also am still having sleep issues especially with ultra vivid dreams that wake me up multiple times a night.

I’m just curious if this was a common experience for anyone? Should I give it more time? Should I drop back down to the 20 mg? Should I try a new drug? I definitely don’t want to increase my dose, and yes I’m in contact with my doctor.

Hi everyone. I’m reintroducing Fructans to my diet after a few weeks of elimination. I didn’t react to onions, garlic, or broccoli, but I had one burrito with a flour tortilla and I feel gross and tired the next day along with intestinal twitching. I’m able to eat sourdough bread with no issues. Anyone have any insight into this?

I’m on week 8 of 40 mg and my hands are still shaky. Is anyone else experiencing this. My anxiety has gone way down but not fully gone. It’s hard to tell if I’m shaky because of the Prozac, because I’m mildly anxious, or I need to eat. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone! Long term researcher, first time poster! I’ve narrowed my search down to the Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid, and I can’t decide between the Albany or the Brenham. For reference I do well on medium firm mattresses. I’m 5’8” and weight 187. I was thinking of the Brenham in medium because I sleep on both sides and my back. Can I have some feedback from anyone with experience with this? Thanks in advance.
