Issue with adding decals

Trying to add decals to a livery for a league season but always end up losing the livery. I've tried multiple different cars and liveries but I always end up with a full white or ghosted white livery. Anyone know a fix?

I've heard that the official servers have a hacker problem. Just curious about what hacks are being used. I was a baby rex just hiding in a bush which has kept me hidden from multiple different dino's only for a fully grown rex to walk straight up and eat me. Is him been able to see me some hack or am I missing something?
