A mother I know, frequently live on tiktok, want watching her child. He climbed on to the balcony of their second floor apartment, jumped to the next balcony, and entered the neighbors home. He has done this more than once I found out. She has been investigated by CPS 3 times for other violations. When i mentioned i was surprised the neighbors hadn't called CPS, she freaked out and threatened me and my family. I think someone needs to report this, but now i have to worry about what she and her family may do to mine. They live in NYC in Brooklyn I think. I'm sure i can find the address. I have her full name and the name of the child. What do i do? Can i report anonymously? I'm at a loss. Help!
