Talk to the seller first or just file a claim with Depop?
I ordered a YoungLA set that was described in excellent condition and there was no mentions of any flaws in the description… I received it today and the sports bra is full of deodorant marks and massive pit stains😭 the shorts seem to be fine but the top is gross
The last pic is what was on the listing and there were no flaws mentioned, is this justifiable for a refund or should I just take the L? And if so should I reach out to the seller or just go straight to Depop? I’m a seller too so I’m a little nervous about getting a bad review back if I were to leave one. This is my first time dealing with a potential refund / issue any advice is appreciated!
