Which survivors can I play to best counter naiad? Im at low rank and Naiads are so common its actually a pestilence.

Naiad counters loop kiting so I just keep transitioning, but then she gets phase 1 and her dash counters transition kiting as well, and the humidity passive does area control so wherever I kite to the cipher get screwed over, and when im chaired basically no one can rescue. And 0 presence kiting doesnt really matter because of how fast the humidity builds up its basically a free hit because I NEED knee jerk to get out of the abyss so I can't bring flywheel to counter one instance of abyss. The few times I tried to flywheel instead I get caught in the abyss much faster using knee jerk to transition.
