I need help pricing my 1994 L2350. I've tried online comps but it's hard to find because it only has 322hrs on it. I'm the original owner and I'm selling it with the front loader, back hoe, 60" finish mower, ballast box, grader blade and 60" box blade. I'm thinking 13500 but I need some direction. She's in perfect working order as are the attachments. TIA

I planted this willow oak 2.5 years ago. This year it leafed out very strongly and now (2-3 weeks) has developed a lean. I attached a photo of it stood back up. It was planted with the flair at soil depth and one encircling root was removed 2.5 years ago. I generally avoid staking unless needed but I feel it's warranted here. Do you all agree? Zone 6b
