I have been offered a chalet in Cornwall for £38k, there is only around 36 years left on the lease. It’s 2 bedroom and close to Newquay.

Is it worth me buying it to rent out? Or am I better off investing in an all world/s&p 500 etf?

I don’t live close so would be relying on third parties for cleaning and maint.
