I am currently doing BSc IT in jai hind college can I switch college in second year to Xavier’s? And how?is it possible?

Hey I need a laptop on my budget around 70-80k

1. need it for coding I am a Bsc it student
2. gaming GTA 5 valorant
3. great build should last around 5-6 years
4. have a premium feel Microsoft office and stuff needed in that
   I am very very confused please help me out
   No refurb laptop
   I newer version would be more preferred

So I am gonna take up BA or BMS from Kc or jai hind how hard will it be for me to change college after the first year I want to get into Xavier’s.

I got 67% in hsc boards commerce idk why but ik it’s very very less compared to what I should have gotten any one has any kind of suggestions for good colleges in south Bombay i don’t mind the course it just should have low cut off
