I hope this doesnt get taken down 😅 I have seen the news about the heavy rains and floods in Manila and I was wondering if it will be ok to travel in September. Im from the Visayas so I need to plan ahead and I cant just decide the day before. Hoping for serious advice from people who live near the area po.

This is going to be my first time attending MIBF but my mother is discouraging me because of the rain and flood. I feel sad that I wont be able to go since I have been dreaming of going there for months. I just really want to know if it's practical to go through with it or not 😭😭
