Hello dears,

My Gosi salary is under reported by almost 20% by my employer. I got to know it's a common thing , does new employers really care about this ??

Or will the new employers be satisfied if I can show my payroll slip with the actual amount ??

I am asking this cause I got to know that QIWA doesn't showcase the actual salary to the new employer, but GOSI can transparently show it.

This is the first time I am switching, my new employer is going to be a PIF company, not fixed. Please advice me, as I don't want to get into trouble. Hence wanted to understand, if this a mandatory background check for big companies
