From 3060ti to AMD Radeon RX7800XT

Hello, noticing my pc is struggling a bit more with 1440p and was looking to upgrade my Nvidia rtx 3060 ti to a AMD Radeon RX7800XT 16gb

Rest of my pc specs:
AMD ryzen 5 5600 6 core
16gb ram
650w power supply.

Does this seem like a decent step forward or is there an equivalent Nvidia?

Thanks

First time playing, what should we know?

Been eyeing Hero Quest for a long time now and got it cheap on Amazon. Playing it just me and my other half and giving the DM app a go and we will have 2 players each. Anything we should know or any advice before we get stuck in?
