Need encouraging stories

On CD13, and I think I’m ovulating today after an LH peak of 1.18 yesterday morning. Timed intercourse perfectly this cycle. 3rd cycle ttc since TFMR in March at 22 weeks (no RPOC). Conceived our first pregnancy that ended in TFMR on the 1st try last year, so just needed to hear encouraging stories about your ttc journeys after loss. Advice & tips in the waiting? It’s so hard to wait and not think anything’s wrong.

I’ve had my B12, thyroid panel, CRP, Vitamin D, Iron tested.. all came back normal. I’m taking 4mg folic acid, prenatal, fish oil, CoQ10, choline, and Vit D3 daily.

1st cycle TTC failed - looking for hopeful stories and advice

It’s in the title… I TFMR’d over 2 months ago at 22 weeks. I started my first cycle 1 May and tracked ovulation with OPK’s, got a peak, timed intercourse perfectly. I know I could have had an anovulatory cycle and that my body is still regulating and healing. I conceived our first (that ended in TFMR) on the 1st try, so I think I expected that this time. While I prepared my heart for this, it still hurts. And menstruation hormones probably aren’t helping lol.

Anyways, I think I’m looking for hope stories (did you conceive on your 2nd cycle after TFMR?). I’m also looking for advice on how you prepared your body well for TTC after TFMR. Did you take any blood tests or other tests that gave insight into other ways you could help your body heal or have successful implantation (thyroid tests, etc.)? Did you have your husband tested for anything?

I eat healthy/balanced, I exercise 3-4x a week (weight lifting and walking), and take supplements (Prenatal w/ DHA, CoQ10, Choline, and 4mg prescribed folic acid). I think my body is producing progesterone well because I had alllll the PMS symptoms and a 13 day luteal phase.

I know I’m doing everything I can, and I want assurance and nothing can promise a successful next cycle. But I just want to hear your stories, thoughts, and not feel alone in this!
