I’m considering getting rid of my cook toand utilizing the plug in induction top individual burners

I’m thinking about remodeling my kitchen by getting rid of my stove adding in wall mount ovens and having a solid surface countertop and utilizing the individual plug-in induction top burners so that I can have a clean surface and use as many burners as I feel the need for. My husband thinks it will devalue the house if we ever want to sell however, I believe it makes more sense and if one burner goes out, they’re inexpensive to replace rather than a whole unit. Please share your thoughts on this with me. Thank you.

To clear up some issues my house is all electric. I do have an induction stove and the vent is one of the crappy ones that doesn’t vent to the outside. Thank you very much for all your input. Unfortunately this is the third stove I have had in three years and one of the burners is acting sketchy.
