I was at a shop having a Dash cam installed and saw their ad on tint. Given the recent heat wave I thought it’s a good idea. Wasn’t pushed into it at all.

My two kids take piano lessons and I kept struggling to keep track of what the teacher said each week in an organized way — I'd take notes on notebook, record audio on Voice Memos, and still lose track of which recording belonged to which piece. After 4 years of searching for the perfect solution, I finally built something.
It's called Whole Note+ (iOS). The core idea: each lesson is a session where you can write notes, record audio/video clips, and link everything to specific pieces your kid is working on. There's also a repertoire list so you can track all the pieces and look back at lesson history per piece.
A few things I found useful building it:
- Tap share to send the lesson summary + audio clips directly to your spouse or the teacher via Messages or Mail
- iCloud sync so you can see notes on all your devices.
- MusicBrainz integration to look up pieces (composer, movements, etc.)
