Lipo experiences please anyone?

I absolutely loathe looking in the mirror .. I want to get lipo basically everywhere in order to reduce the appearance of the fat because it is driving me literally insane.
I’m not overweight per se, but the uneven fat distribution makes me look terrible, there isn’t even a shape I can compare it to as it doesn’t freaking exist ..
I’m 1.63cm and 58kg fluctuating up and down.
Has anyone had lipo and wasn’t left with hanging wrinkly skin (particularly on upper legs down to the knees).
I want to the my upper legs, knees, my upper arms, maybe chin lipo, stomach and definitely the hell of saddle bags I have …
I’m in the UK but would love some recs anywhere around especially in Europe as easier to get to as there’s not many specialists in the UK that do lipo for lipedema specifically . (Please tell me what did you get done and how much did it cost, also if you can show me b&m photos would love that)
