Update to my last post.

I went to the ER last night. They did a CT scan and I was told there's a stone in my left kidney but that it's small. I was sent home with no pain meds and told to check with my primary care doctor in a few days. The pain isn't unbearable, just very bad. NSAIDs don't do anything.

I'm not sure where in my body the stone is. My bladder feels weird, but I've been able to pee a little bit (only when taking a hot shower; maybe the hot water loosens up my muscles) and no stone has passed.

I'm planning on moving out in one week, so oof course I had to have a medical issue right before then. And a few months ago when I had my last stone, it was a week before my birthday. These damn rocks have the worst timing.

Is there a way to remove stones without needing a stent?

I'm 18 and a male. I had a stone when I was 17 and the scans they did of my kidneys showed that I have way more stones in there than just the one I passed.

I'm currently having really bad pain in my left side and I'm gonna go to the doctor because I think I'm having a stone again.

Are there any ways to remove all the stones that don't involve either peeing them out or having a stent put in? I'd rather not have something shoved up my dick hole. Ever.

This post is a rant about what happened in my life earlier. I made a post on the legal advice sub about the first part.

I live in Ohio.

The court case was real. We weren't served, but it was real. The judge awarded my father temporary guardianship because she said I was incompetent. Then my father proceeded to punch me so hard I got a concussion (I know this because I went to the ER as soon as I finished talking to the cops and the scans said I had a concussion) the moment we got to my grandmother's house. My grandmother just stood there and watched. My uncle pulled my father off of me and made sure I wasn't too hurt. After he left, I told my grandmother to call 911 or I'd go to someone else and have them call the cops.

She didn't call 911, so I walked to the village's municipal building, found the receptionist, and had her call 911.

The cops showed up after, like, 15 minutes of me waiting in the municipal building. (I don't think any cops are stationed in the village; they probably came from the county seat, which is larger and has an actual police station)

I talked to them and said I wanted my dad to get arrested, so they arrested him. Then I went to the ER to make sure I was okay. My uncle has temporary custody of me for now, but he's trying to get me a psych eval to show that I'm not mentally handicapped. My father's bail was paid by my grandparents because of course it was.

The court said he can't go near me, but with the terrible police response times, I'm worried that if he came to my uncle's trailer and kicked the door in, he could kill me by the time the cops show up.

TL;DR: I tried to move out, my father got mad and pulled strings to get a court case held before I could get a lawyer. We were not served our documents or given any time to prepare a defense. The judge gave him custody and he beat the shit out of me as soon as we were out of the car. Now I'm staying with my uncle until I can get my Nana and my aunt to come get me.

My father turned off my cell data, and I gave my main phone to Nana in case dad might smash it, but I have a spare phone specifically for when I don't have my normal one and I'm using library wifi to get an internet connection.

My father is trying to put me in a conservatorship to stop me from moving out.

Location: Ohio.

I am 18 years old and I am a male. Today, I had my aunt and my grandmother (my maternal grandmother, Nana) pick me up so I could go to Roanoke where they live. My father has contacted a judge, even though it is Saturday, and the judge set the date for the emergency conservatorship hearing as Monday at 8 in the morning.

Note that me, my aunt, and Nana were not served any documents saying we had to be at court at that date. We were talking to a cop and he mentioned that my father was on the phone with a judge to get a case and the cop said it was on Monday at 8. How my father managed to get ahold of a judge on a weekend is beyond me, but it is extremely worrying because the judge is likely to take his side if he's willing to go out of his way to set up a hearing on basically no notice.

I am of sound mind. I have a learner's permit and I passed the written test first try. I have graduated from high school. The issue is that I can't get someone like my psychiatrist to come testify that I'm not mentally disabled because the hearing is on such short notice.

I have autism. When I was diagnosed, it was called Asperger's Syndrome, but now it's just Autism Spectrum Disorder. Since my specific flavor of autism is relatively mild, I do not believe that it would be enough to get a conservatorship put on me, but anything goes when my father has a judge on speed dial.

My father has been physically, emotionally, and verbally abusive for as long as I can remember. I've had CPS called on him before for his abuse. Nothing ever came of it, though. I just got yelled at and had my stuff taken.

I can't even have Nana get me a lawyer since the hearing starts on Monday morning.
