Extreme Fatigue

How do you guys function? I work 8 hours a day on my feet walking 10k steps. I come home and im absolutely wiped out dead on my feet exhausted. Im taking the inositol everyone says to and I take an adhd med called vyvanse. I start out strong enough but by mid day the ache is deep within my joints. By the time I get home im so tired and in pain. I feel so helpless because I can't keep the house clean and I can't function like a normal person and I just dont know what to do anymore.

I started the salicylic and duct tape about a month ago, how does it look like its going? Whats next? Is it spreading? Big chunks came off last week after a soak. Ive never dealt with these before. Heres a timelime
