I had my LEEP at the end of April, and have had four periods since, on time. I have noticed though that suddenly I’m experiencing cramps for several days before my period comes, each day feeling like it is going to come, but then it doesn’t until a few days later. This is something new for me and wondering if it’s related to the LEEP. Another new thing I noticed is a drop of very faint pinkish discharge a day or two before my period really takes off. Once my period starts, it’s back to normal and haven’t had any changes.

Has anyone else noticed these things?

I recently found out that I have HPV 16, and underwent a LEEP to remove CIN2 cells.
I am unvaccinated and so is my partner.
I am really confused about guidance in terms of intimacy… As of now we are using condoms, which we didn’t in the past, but I’m aware it’s not full protection. Do we even really need to then?
I’m also in two minds about the vaccine, I heard a lot of people got side-effects from it…
And overall feeling very anxious, my mind is literally playing tricks on me from one day thinking I might have anal lesions to the next day thinking I might have it in my throat too… I never even knew that was a thing until I came on Reddit. None of my friends who have had a LEEP checked other areas, but I know people here have advised… I just feel so confused and scared to be honest.

If you have HPV16 and CIN2-3, leep done recently, should you be worried about the hpv in other areas of your body too? Like can it attack both the throat and the cervix at the same time? Or does it usually just stay in one place.

Finding myself with bouts of health anxiety. And it’s weird cause I know so many people who’ve had cervical dysplasia and are past it now and they all say it was not a big deal, and then I read some posts which frighten me so much that I can’t figure if I should be worried or not…. 🫠

I’m so confused, there’s so much info out there about what could be normal, and my doctor hasn’t really mentioned anything about a specific pattern, she just really emphasised to take it easy for 4 to 6 weeks. This is my timeline
Day 0- LEEP
day 1-5 light spotting / coffee grounds
Day 6-11 period (normal)
Day 12 onwards very light pink spotting… but then:
Day 16: 4 hours of gushing bright red blood like an open tap, one big clot , and all bleeding stopped
After that no bleeding and even no spotting for few days
Day 21: bleeding again, but thick dark red blood- looks like my period blood but heavier flow. Few small clots. It’s not my period cos I just ovulated

Is this normal?? What was your bleeding pattern like?

I feel so discouraged especially after a dry few days to bleed again. I miss exercising and yoga and just feeling strong again.

I had my leep 2 weeks back. Light spotting for few days. 6 days after I got my period. After that was over I had just very watery light pink discharge with specks/ coffee grounds.
This evening, after I did some stretches, I started having bright red blood and a few small clots in the toilet. Bit worried cos I wasn’t expecting this. I can feel my cervix too (might be hyper aware) but it is kind of stinging. Could this be the scab falling? Haven’t noticed it at all so far, not sure what to expect.
