my ball python still is having trouble getting any shed off of her

shes had this shed on her for about a week not and usually it would be off my now. i raised her humidity, she has some rocks and branches to get her shed off and ive seen her use them but they havent worked. anybody have any advice because at this point i dont know what to do

Is there anything i can do to help get this shed off of my ball pythons head?

she has shed recently and had the whole shed come off but this has been stuck in her head for maybe 2 months at max but it looks like on top of the shed there is another underneath
