I dont feel like my original chosen name fits me anymore

So i at first chose the name jay, which is still really like. But it feels more like a fun nickname then something like my future colleagues at an adult sorta job would call me. Or like at graduation that they say 'jay', just feels a bit informal. So I chose james, but it does not feel like my name AT ALL anymore. But idk which name i should chose now. I would maybe like one which sounds a bit more dutch (im dutch, James is a very english name which does clash sometimes with the dutch people around me).

Any suggestions on names? Does not have to be a name which would suit the nickname jay. Could be whatevrr you see fit for me. Im just very lost at this moment.

Also because i told finally more people from my family that i am trans and use a different name. They are not that progressive so idk how well a second name change will go. Also because my parents still, almost everyday, use my deadname cus they cant like change.
