I played the hell out of this game and its sequel as a kid but haven't really had a good working experience on modern PCs in quite some time. For reference I am running Windows 11 on an Asus G14 with a 1440p display.

I put my Claude subscription to work and was able to get the game working solid and the result is the patch I am linking here (find the .zip under releases): https://github.com/xsixbulletsx/goc_compatability/

You just need to unzip the files in the release to your game install folder. I have only tested with the GOG version.

Feel free to let me know if you have any errors, graphical glitches, etc running it and I'll see about further fixes.

Getting back into photography after a while away, used to shoot Canon EOS and Fuji X but the M43 platform has caught my eye.

Really looking for a deal on any of the older Olympus E-M10 (or E-M5) Mark models in good shape with a kit or the H-H025 (25mm 1.7f) lens, but I can always acquire that elsewhere if need be.
