What does my partner report?

I’m currently on Parental Payment Partnered and Family Tax Benefit. When I would report, I’d report my partners income from work.
My partner is now on job seeker.
I’m just wanting to double check what he’ll need to report. I’m assuming I’ll need to report his job seeker payment and he’ll report my payment from Centrelink but I’m just wanting to double check.

Partner Refused own Witness for Termination Meeting

My partner was recently terminated. He noticed he was receiving no shifts on the roster. He was not notified. He reached out to his boss a few days later after noticing a staff wanted advertisement. He asked if he was fired and only then was he notified he was terminated due to unsatisfactory performance. He was told an exit meeting would be held with a witness.
I told him to bring a witness and when he told his boss he would be bring a witness, they told them no, it was a work matter and he would not be bring anyone else. He sent them this in response:

“I am requesting a support person under Section 387 (d)  of the Fair Work Act. If you are refusing this request, I need you to provide the reason for this refusal in writing before we proceed. I understand that unreasonable refusal may be considered in any subsequent Fair Work Commission proceedings.”

They stated that a manager above them, would be there as their witness and will act as his witness as well. They said it was not up for discussion.

I found this very odd. When i was working in a very similar work place as him, i witnessed multiple terminations and all of them brought their own witness - friends, partners or lawyers.

Should he still attend the meeting?
Should he try to bring his own witness?
Is this even a normal?

Paid Parental Leave and Parenting Payment.

I’m having an issue with Centrelink and don’t know if this is correct.
After having my baby I received 100 days parental leave. After that I decided to go on the parenting payment partnered and didn’t return to work. My partner was entitled to 10 days of leave. My child is about to turn two and we knew after that that the days would expire and he wouldn’t be able to use them. He isn’t getting many shifts at work right now so we put through the application and he got approved for those 10 days to be shared. This morning I woke up in my parenting payment partnered was cancelled. They said if have to wait to apply until I report for the final payment to try and get it back up. They said they couldn’t guarantee it would be back up by the time I was meant to receive my next payment. Has this happened to anybody else? They said it’s because my partner is getting the parental leave. I’m in such a panic right now.

Is this just part of the heeling process?

70kg, 5ft5, 24 year old female, don't smoke, no medication other than Depo Shot ever 3 months.

About 4 weeks ago I got an extraction done at a skin clinic with dissolvable sutures under the skin.

I’m wondering if this is looking normal. It’s sore near the place I circled. I saw the doctor last week and they thought it was healing ok but where I circled didn’t look raised then like it does now and has two weird dots. I put a closer photo in the comments. I will try to get in to get it checked but I probably won’t be able to for a week and want to make sure I don’t need to be worried.

Is this normal Oozing?

Two weeks ago I had got an area of skin removed and got dissolving stitches that aren’t visible. I have noticed some oozing over the last few days and don’t know if I need to get it checked? I can lift up the tape a little and it’s like a yellowish light brown. I don’t know if it’s just part of the healing process and the clinic I got it done is over an hour away so I don’t wanna do that drive if it’s unnecessary :(

Is this healing ok?

I got a scoop biopsy thing 6 days ago. I left the Band-Aid on for 48 and then I took it off, cleaned it, put on some Vaseline and a fresh Band-Aid and I’ve been doing that everyday since. I’m just wanting to make sure I’m doing the right things and it’s looking as it should as I’m not sure how it’s meant to look. I plan to check in with the doctor but I can’t over the weekend.
