Lost 255 hours of progress

So last night, decided to hop back on forza horizon 6. just booted up the game like normal and was met with the intro again. Yes, I tried everything suggested but nothing worked. I had atleast 200 hours of playtime with 255 recorded. I had 6 stamps, 6 wristbands. all the festival playlists events completed, including all the exclusive cars from the furai to the r33 and crx. and now I cant get them back due to the timed exclusivity. I had all the clothing, all the horns, all the houses, and was sitting on about 5-6 million. quite a few forza edition cars aswell. Even all my custom liveries and tunes, all gone. those took countless hours. This has literally never happened to me on any game, im so baffled how the one game that is essentially always online has just erased all my progress. some help would be great but seeing how playground games has responded in the past im sure they just dont care. has this happened to others?
