This was the result of my second time taking the IELTS. I'm not a native English speaker. My first language is Portuguese (Brazil).

I studied on my own, using videos and PDFs.

I was very happy with my Speaking score but sad about the Listening score. I really hope to be able to do the One Skill Retake (OSR) and reach 7 overall.

Could someone give me some tips for the Listening section?

My IELTS results came out today and I'd like to do the One Skill Retake at the unit where I took the exam, but since 10 am this message has been appearing in the OSR section. Does anyone know why this is happening? I'm a little worried I won't be able to schedule the OSR.

"It looks like something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes" – I've already tried using another browser and I've also used my mobile data (not my Wi-Fi)... I don't know what to do.
