I have been to AnimeNYC the past many years, only recalling one time there was a large panel art of TWST at display.
I only joined fandom from anime so end of last year, I don’t recall seeing any TWST merchandise being sold in the convention. Anyone has any idea, cuz I think TWST isn’t that popular here so I feel like I will be disappointed trying to look for artists selling TWST fanmade merch.
So I have an international package that I waited for a month for. Monday, fedex showing delivered the item at 3PM without a photo proof.
I already had a bad feeling on the way home, because every package I had received the last year has a photo of delivery regardless it’s Amazon, chewy UPS etc. A delivered notice without a photo of item delivered doesn’t ring a good bell.
Got home at 5PM, well the bad feeling really came true. My package no where to be seen. It is supposed to be a 20lb medium-large size box. There is a chance of them delivered to wrong house so I went around my street and checked if neighbored houses have something similar. But nope nothing.
Now the even frustrating part is their awful or non existing investigation. I opened a case on Monday right after my package lost. They closed the case yesterday saying all options exhausted cannot find the package.
Now the funny thing is; the representative told me the last station/facility where package was at, did not respond to the investigation team’s investigation.
And they still have the face to say they exhausted all search methods, thank you fedex for letting me know no response from your internal network can be considered they did their best😅.
They would not let me know where my local facility is, or their direct contact. And I’m in NYC so there’s multiple stations around me.
I tried reopening the case, I have a photo of my package and content that I am willing to provide to FedEx to facilitate the search further. But now they don’t allow me to reopen the case saying only the shipper can.
What are the odds that my package still somewhere in FedEx shipping chain … I have high doubt that my package was never delivered.
