I was blocked without any explanation
What am I supposed to do?
My account was blocked and I have absolutely no idea why. I contacted support twice, and all I was told was to wait. This happened more than a month ago, not after a transfer or a suspicious VPN login, it seems like it happened after a P2P trade, at a moment when I had already logged out of the account and went to rest. The message I keep seeing says: "Your application has been received. We will review it and get back to you within 48 hours." and this has been going on for a month. Every two days the date shifts again and they once again promise to review the Compliance Ticket within 2 days. An absolutely outrageous situation, and what makes it worse is that you do not even know the reason.
