Not sure if this is a right place to ask but we are trying to negotiate the price for this property! It has been on a market for awhile and the house does look nice. Just wondering if you guys would think whether it is priced well. It's so hard for us to gaze how much we can negotiate in this market! Would you buy this house per se?
