Last night me and my boyfriend were going to my house from work with a McDonald’s, he hands me the burger and I took a bite of it then gave it back to him.

This was such a mistake as 4 hours later I wake up and hear him projectile vomiting and start panicking
He’s like “this came out of nowhere idk what’s going on” and I felt so bad but I can’t handle vomit at all I was having a panic attack and left to sleep in the living room for the rest of the night (did not get one blink of sleep)

Now it’s 10pm the day after and I’m starting to feel a bit nauseous although I haven’t really eaten food all day and haven’t slept much either and I can’t tell if it’s coming on or if I’m just being over paranoid.

I actually called my doctor and asked for an anti vomiting med and he gave me Valoid although I’m not sure if I can take it as a precaution going to sleep?

Everyone seems to think it’s not that deep but it is for me I’ve washed my hands about 50 times today and it’s the only thing I am thinking about at the minute

Pls reassure me because I’m going crazy reading about the norovirus and this night is going to be HARD along with the next two waiting with anticipation.
