Everything has been trucking right along, wonderfully for weeks, even months.
Until today, July 1, at 1 PM. Hard outage.

Everything’s been chucking along pretty well for many weeks and months even. Then suddenly at 1pm, July 1, hard outage.
I rebooted all the things, no Joy. The eero router they gave me claim to be able to be able to use cellular hotspots as backhauls, tried with three different cellular, hotspots, and one of my family, nothing worked.
The hotspots themselves work well enough with individual PCs attached to them, but I could not get the Fios/eero router to use them.
All this being the case, the one good thing I can say about the experience so far, is that Frontier’s chat agent on the main website didn’t put me through a bunch of troubleshooting stuff first. It immediately scheduled a technician for tomorrow, July 2 at 1 PM. Wh
