Hi! I recently got the ok from my doctor to try out the Inositol supplement to help treat my PCOS.
I’ve done a bit of research and the two brands that kept popping up were Ovasitol and Wholesome Story. I’d love to hear people’s personal reviews for either brand, or if you’ve tried both!
I want to make a life size shoebill with needle felting. Would armature wire be the best thing to build the skeleton for it to stand up on its own, or is there maybe a better method? I’ve only ever made small characters with it back in college but never ventured much after that. But I recently decided I wanted to try and make this because I love shoebills and want one in my room.
