I have a 22ft GFK sailboat (Etap, 8m alu mast) and a 5.5m x 1.45m fisher/rowing boat (also GFK) on a lake in Switzerland.

For this summer I am thinking about building a radio station on one of the boats (not both ;))

20m band seems to be a good choice.

Any suggestion & experience about the antenna? Rowing boat may a bit woobly but easier to build something on it.

Btw: lake has almost no wind/waves in summer :)

Hello!

I’m running into a persistent issue with call distribution in queues. This is our setup (we are a travel company)

• We use multiple queues (by language: e.g. EN / DE / IT).
• Some agents are assigned to multiple queues simultaneously (because they speak multiple languages)
• Agents are logged in, available and active in assigned queues

Expected behaviour:
=> Fair distribution (e.g. longest idle / round robin logic) => per agent

Actual behaviour:
=> Mess as calls are not distributed fairly & same agent gets consecutive calls even though others are available and idle longer.

BTW: This is not bc Agents are not logged, “not registered” or PC sleeps. This is the first thing I checked.

Does anyone know how does 3CX actually handle agents assigned to multiple queues?
Is “longest idle” evaluated per queue or globally across all queues?

And if you: Is there a way to write a script or similar (sorry first touchpoint with 3CX)
