Hi all,

What is the most effective way to talk to a real person at HP? My Omen 16 failed and it's barley outside of the warranty period. Geek squad said they might not even fix it because they think it's either a bad motherboard or GPU. Has anyone had any luck talking with HP for support like this?

Is there a free version of the DCC series? I can't find it on neither Libby or Hoopla.
