my phone keeps dropping the connection mid-ride — tried casting to the TV and laptop, both laggy. anyone get it stable? tried airplay, chromecast, even wired. ay dios, wish it just worked. admit I restart my router way too often.

Ugh. Indoor bike's convenient but kinda boring af. Outdoor feels way more alive, though weather's a mood killer. Anyone else kinda miss the wind but also hate stopping at red lights?

I've been doing 10 push ups right after brushing my teeth for two weeks. First few days were rough—my arms shook like crazy—but now I can do them without stopping. Anyone else start small like this?
