While micro needling my serum collects in my needle port, specifically when gliding and it becomes a lot and starts making a bubbling sound and motion because the needle is still moving so it keeps getting pushed up and down. Then to be on the safer hygienic side I have to use multiple needles to make sure dirty solution isn’t getting anywhere.
