i woke up and i was choking myself with my left hand… i’m not for sure even why it’s happened like 3 times and im trying to figure it out because it’s so scary it seems like im in a DEEP sleep and i woke up gasping for air then was confused as to why i was choking myself SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. my dream was not scary or anything
I was in and out of the hospital about 4-5 years ago and they blew my vein. My arm hurt for entire month and i couldn’t bend it. Then in the spot it got really hard and felt like it was pulling inside. This happened for years. Even last year i still had a knot and would have random pain when i woke up from having my arm folded on the spot. I noticed today that the knot is no longer there and i haven’t experienced any pain in months.
Why did it take so long for it to heal and go away??? I’m glad it did but i thought it was going to be like that forever the way i dealt with it for years
