How the hell do I unlock Johnny’s new tasks? Ive got all traders to level 4 and Im level 41. Does anyone know what specific task from which trader needs to be completed for Johhny to give me the new missions?

Hey yall, I finished the hidden exfil task and now Johnny is not giving me new tasks. What is the task locked behind? Bunker upgrade or tasks? If either, which specific upgrade? Thanks.
