In the summer Rupert’s floof becomes epic! I brush him daily but this last week he coughed up 2 hairballs. I worry he’ll get one he can’t pass so I’m trying to find a better way to groom him, and if all else fails, a hairball medicine he’ll actually ingest. I’ve tried to smear meds on his paw before, but he will just leave it there as he walks around and last time he went into his litter box with it on his paw and it was a disaster. Silly little man! All help is greatly appreciated!

I dared. She was pleased…this time!

So with every other cat I’ve ever had, when I try to kiss their little faces (don’t judge) they always pull away. They recoil like I’m the crypt keeper trying to breath hot death onto their face, but not Rupert. Not only does Rupert not pull away when I cover his little face with smooches, he starts purring and slow blinking at me, which I love! I love that he’s so giving and receptive when it comes to affection. So my question is do other people’s Nebbies let you kiss their faces, or is Rupert just a different kind of weirdo?

I work out at pretty much the same time every day and as soon as they see me getting ready they plop themselves down! Saboteurs!

I think she becomes stealth jungle kitty in her mind because every day when we go out for supervised outside time, this is where she ends up. She has submerged herself so totally before that I couldn’t find her and got freaked out that she jumped the fence. I’ll be panicking and searching and then a little head will pop out of the irises.❤️❤️

The wonderful u/Workenonit saw the post, fell in love with Bishkek (as anyone would) and snatched him up! Giving this little man’s story a happy ending is just another reason why I love this sub so much.

Someone please come adopt this little man! He was so sweet and playful and I wish so badly I could take him!
