Went to an assisted stretch session and now have pain with walking and in my shoulder at rest
I went to the offered free class and it didn’t hurt aside from some weird patellar slipping when the EOS employee stretched me, but the pain is slowing me down and keeping me awake at night now. I have pressure in my knees, and pain in my shoulder.
I wasn’t offered anything, but assisted stretch. I think they have massage too. Is there anything I can/should do about this? I think the guy is going to really injure someone someday and I am truly suffering. I didn’t really find any options for stretching online before I went, but I think there are different options that are offered. They also try hard to get you to sign up afterwards, which is truly absurd when the employee doesn’t seem to even know what is offered themselves.
