Which stroller(s)? I’m overwhelmed

Expecting my first baby in November and I’m so overwhelmed by the options and prices of strollers! I live in an apartment with an elevator so carrying anything up the stairs won’t be a problem but storage space is a slight concern. We have a shared parking garage that we can store the stroller in front of our car probably folded or unfolded depending on size. It’s gated so not too worried about it being stolen; many people store things in there. If I keep it in the garage though it might get dirty, cold/hot, and bugs could crawl on it. My option for storing it in my apartment would be either just having it out somewhere or folded and hanging on the back of a door with one of those over the door stroller hangers. We also have one car, a hyundai Elantra. Trunk isn’t tiny but obviously it’s a sedan so a stroller could potentially take up the whole trunk space. We have a dog and go on frequent walks mostly on sidewalks/streets. I plan to go on lots of walks and will also be using a stroller for errands and outings in the car. Originally I was thinking of doing a nicer travel/compact stroller as my only stroller so I could store it easily at home or in the car and it would just be my one and only option (was considering nuna trvl lx, joie nutmeg, Uppababy minu v3). I found a used Uppababy Vista 2 with an infant insert and snack tray included for $250 on marketplace so now I’m considering purchasing this full size stroller to keep at home and registering for a compact/travel stroller to keep in the car. I’d never buy this or even register for it at full price but $250 seems like a great deal. I feel like we will be going on enough walks that 2 strollers shouldn’t be out of the picture for us. And even though it will be winter time for the newborn days, being outside is important to me and I love that I could buy the bassinet for the V2 and bundle up my baby for walks in the winter. We live in Pennsylvania so it can get quite cold but there are enough temperate winter days that I feel like we’d get our use out of a bassinet. Opinions on if 2 strollers is realistic for me? Thoughts on Uppababy V2? Recommendations for travel strollers/infant seats that work together? I’m not only looking at higher end options, definitely open to Graco, Chicco, etc as well. Thanks for any help and suggestions!
