Looking for advice on getting a job at a major guitar company

I am a recent high school grad in socal and I was wondering if any of the major companies that make guitars are worth working for especially if I get a luthiery degree from a school near me?I was thinking kiesel or prs but idk how hard it is to get into working on private stock or customs with either one I think the closest one is fender but I think it might be to expensive to live their starting out .any advice helps especially if you have worked for a guitar company,thank you!

Looking to recreate this with my uncle he's a pretty experienced wood worker I was going to get a template for the build but I can't find a template for a custom private stock 24 my main concern is finding one for the switches and output jack because I think there is 2 on the private stocks and I want to get the dimensions for a custom hand hammered look on it if you guys have any advice or concerns please let me know all or if you want to critique go ahead I'm all for it I just need some help trying to do this project .thank you for your time!
