Any point in reporting a fireworks throwing truck to PPB? Unable to read plate.
Adding context, 5/20 ~7:00 PM. Truck drives all the way around the circle and doesn't stop. I started off from the top behind them. Before getting to the stop sign at Council Crest road they threw what I assumed to be litter but then I realized it was sparking, some bottle rockets I guess.
Gray early 2000s pickup, I think Tacoma, with damaged front left corner panel in a darker color or black. Green utility trailer with wheelbarrow. Which is basically every sketchy contractor vehicle in the county.
Just my first truly terrible driver in a while. Which reflecting on it still means Portland is so much better than other cities when it comes to being willfully messed with as a cyclist.
