Merwave Review on Type 2 (B?) Hair
Hi curlies! I noticed there aren't a lot of reviews for the brand Merwave and wanted to share my good experience using their mousse and gel! I am sensitive to intense fragrances (and really dislike coconut scented products) and the apple scent of their line is really light and fresh! I appreciate that it doesn't linger much. I got both from Boots.
My routine: (edited to add wash products)
- Davines Love Curl shampoo and conditioner (Ouai clarifying shampoo weekly for hard water)
- Davines Love Curl cream
- Merwave mousse
- Merwave gel
- Diffuse
- Scrunch with no oil
And I'm really happy with the look! This pic is today after I slept on it with no bonnet or anything.
It's my first time using a gel as I was under the impression it was best for type 3 hair and curlier, and wow!
