I searched the internet and it seemed like nobody was having this issue and everywhere it says you can only craft the oxygenator in the small printer. The problem is, I don't have it in the list.

I can't even place the ceramic and aluminum on the printer and I have no idea how to move on from here.

Are there any oxygenators on abandoned equipment?

I feel like that's my only hope.
