it’s already been past a week since the event i was supposed to attend and got sold
fake tickets too even tho seatgeek confirmed they were legitimate … and i’ve yet to hear anything back or receive a refund , it’s literally like they’re ignoring me😭 their customer support sucks … they have to investigate but i’m like you have proof of me
never getting into the event and proof of me being scammed … like hello ??? i would not recommend purchasing tickets from here for a ticket master event !!!

so tonight I got scammed for the Ariana Grande tickets in austin because of SeatGeek and they were not able to help me with any replacement tickets and told me it would take about five days to review my case to get a refund which is ridiculous because I spent an insane amount of money on this concert and I trusted SeatGeek because prior to that I asked them to verify their legit tickets and they told me they were. I don’t care what anyone says about secure my pass do not ever use it only let it be transferred to your Ticketmaster account or they will not honor it. nobody could help me out not even moody center supervisor !!! not the box office !! NO ONE !! there are some success stories but don’t use it guys

DONT USE SECUREMYPASS seatgeek said it was legit THEY LIEDDD !! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 5 DAYS FOR A POSSIBLE REFUND AND GOT NO REPLACEMENT TIX

has anyone used tickets that were sent with a securemypass or a ticket link ??? this is how i was sent my tickets & it has a moving barcode that refreshes every few minutes with legitimate seat number / row / portal entrance. seatgeek also said they were legit but im still nervous lol 😭 and after researching i’ve seen they work for people but haven’t seen anyone mention it about any of the recent shows on the tour ( ps i bought my tickets off seatgeek cause ticketmaster prices were actually insane ) just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience yet (:

i bought ariana grande resale tickets and the seller said they bought them thru seatgeek resale also but couldn’t go so they had to resell them themselves but i know originally they were most likely sold off ticketmaster , however i got the message the tickets were ready and delivered but it’s only on the seatgeek app with a link . it seems actually legit because the tickets are in my app already and it has a moving barcode , section/seat/row number as well, and the seller messaged me when it was ready and asked if i was able to receive them and if they went through correctly ( which i don’t think a scammer would do ) but ive never used seatgeek to buy resale tix 😭😭 idk if its normal to for legit seats to be sent thru the app as a link since i know most peoples tix wouldnt be ready til closer til the show and my show is in about 2 weeks (:
